These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the onlinelad Rewards programme (“Rewards Programme”). By earning or redeeming points, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Overview

The onlinelad Rewards Programme is designed to reward customers for purchases made on onlinelad.com. Members earn points based on eligible spend, which can be redeemed for reward vouchers to use within the onlinelad store.

The Rewards Programme is provided at the discretion of onlinelad and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time.

Upon qualifying for the onlinelad Rewards voucher, the voucher code will be delivered via the registered email address. Members are responsible for keeping their email up to date.


2. Earning Points

  • Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases.
  • Points are awarded on all purchases made through onlinelad.com, including:
    • Digital persona image packs
    • Individual image purchases
    • Monthly subscriptions
    • Annual subscriptions
  • Points are typically credited shortly after a successful transaction is completed.
  • onlinelad reserves the right to delay or withhold points in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or refunded transactions.

3. Points Value and Rewards

  • Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Points accumulate until the required reward threshold is reached.
  • Currently, every 1 point earned is equivalent to approximately $0.05 in reward value when redeemed through the onlinelad Rewards Programme.
  • Upon reaching the required threshold, currently 1,000 points, members will receive a $50 onlinelad reward voucher.
  • The number of points required to unlock a reward is determined by onlinelad and may be updated at any time.

4. Points Multiplier Promotions

From time to time, onlinelad may offer limited-time points multiplier promotions, such as double points, triple points, or quadruple points. These promotions may apply to selected purchases, selected products, selected subscription plans, or specific promotional periods, as determined by onlinelad.

Unless otherwise stated, points multiplier promotions apply to the points earned on an eligible transaction and do not alter the cash value of points, voucher redemption rules, expiry periods, or any other Rewards Programme terms.

For illustrative purposes only, based on a $200 eligible transaction:

  • Standard points: 200 points, equivalent to approximately $10 in reward value
  • Double points: 400 points, equivalent to approximately $20 in reward value
  • Triple points: 600 points, equivalent to approximately $30 in reward value
  • Quadruple points: 800 points, equivalent to approximately $40 in reward value

These examples are provided for guidance only. Actual points earned may depend on the specific promotion, eligible spend, account status, transaction value, and any additional conditions stated at the time of the offer.

onlinelad reserves the right to introduce, amend, pause, or withdraw points multiplier promotions at any time.


5. Reward Voucher Usage

  • Reward vouchers can be used on digital persona image packs and store products available on onlinelad.com.
  • Reward vouchers cannot be used on subscription purchases.
  • Reward vouchers may be used by the recipient or gifted to another individual.
  • Each reward voucher is subject to an expiry period of 90 calendar days from the date of issue, after which it will no longer be valid. The date of expiry will be listed in the email issued to the member.
  • Expired vouchers cannot be reinstated or exchanged.

6. Gifting

Reward vouchers may be transferred or gifted at the discretion of the original recipient. Once gifted, the voucher is considered used by the recipient and cannot be reclaimed.


7. Refunds and Adjustments

  • If a purchase is refunded, any points earned from that purchase may be deducted from the member’s balance.
  • If points have already been redeemed from a refunded transaction, onlinelad reserves the right to adjust the member’s points balance or revoke associated rewards.

8. Account Responsibility

  • Points are non-transferable and linked to the account used at the time of purchase.
  • Members are responsible for maintaining the security of their account.
  • onlinelad is not responsible for unauthorised use of points or rewards.

9. Abuse and Misuse

onlinelad reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation in the Rewards Programme where there is evidence of:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Abuse of the rewards system
  • Attempts to manipulate point accumulation

Any points or rewards obtained through such activity may be cancelled without notice.


10. Changes to the Programme

onlinelad reserves the right to modify, update, or withdraw the Rewards Programme at any time, including:

  • Point earning rates
  • Reward thresholds
  • Voucher values
  • Eligibility rules

Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the website.


11. General

  • The Rewards Programme is provided at the sole discretion of onlinelad.
  • Participation in the programme does not create any contractual right to continued rewards.
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable laws and regulations.
