Key information

* Persona Pack extensions are optional paid add ons for active Collector and Studio members. You can ask for a new ten image continuation of an eligible onlinelad Persona Pack using approved pose, expression, background and styling options. A form for extension requests is available in your dashboard. Extensions are charged at $7.50 an image on Collector Access and $5.00 an image on Studio Access. No further discount applies, though onlinelad Rewards points are added for every image once the transaction completes. Every request depends on availability, technical feasibility and approval. Nude or sexually explicit content, real person likenesses and prohibited themes are not accepted. An estimated delivery time is confirmed before you pay. Studio members get priority fulfilment. One structured brief is included; changes asked for after approval may carry a further charge, and corrections are limited to clear technical faults or a material difference from the approved brief. Extensions are non-exclusive and carry the standard onlinelad commercial licence unless something else is agreed in writing.

Your monthly onlinelad Rewards credit is added to your card on the same date every month for as long as your membership stays active. It comes off the total at checkout and rolls over rather than expiring. Points are credit to spend on onlinelad.com: they cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash or moved to another account, and they cannot pay for a subscription or a Persona Pack extension. If your membership ends your balance is held rather than removed, and it comes back if you rejoin.

Questions members ask before joining

What is a Digital Persona Pack?

A set of high resolution images of one onlinelad persona in a single look. A standard pack is ten images on a plain background plus the same ten with the background removed, so twenty files, and it carries a reference code such as ROMY-001.

Can I use the images commercially?

Yes. Every pack includes the standard onlinelad Digital Image Licence, registered to the email you buy with, and it covers commercial and personal use. Extended and organisational licensing is available through Enterprise Access.

Are the personas real people?

No. Every onlinelad persona is fictional and is not based upon or created to represent any real individual. The compliance and best use guide that comes with your plan explains how to label and publish them.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep every file you have already downloaded and the licence that came with it. Member pricing, monthly rewards credit, gallery access and member content stop at the end of the period you have paid for.

Can I change plan later?

Yes, up or down, at any time from your member account. Changes take effect from your next billing date.

Does my rewards balance expire?

No. Your onlinelad Rewards balance rolls over for as long as your subscription stays active, so you can spend it the day it lands or bank it for months and take several packs at once.

Do members get money off the guides?

Yes. The member discount applies to everything in the shop, guides included: 20% on Supporter Access, 30% on Collector Access and 40% on Studio Access.

How do I pay?

Payments are handled by Stripe. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay are all accepted, and you can update your card at any time from your member account.
