It is in your dashboard the day you make an account, with a number that belongs to you and nobody else. There is no form to fill in and nothing to activate.
The balance builds itself
Points land on the card shortly after an order completes. Your subscription payment earns points too, and on Collector Access and Studio Access a pack credit arrives with it on the same date every month, whether you buy anything or not.
You type the number
Put the card number in the coupon box at the basket or the checkout. Your balance comes off the total, whatever is left stays on the card, and that is the entire process.
No threshold. Spend forty cents or four hundred dollars. Points come off the moment they arrive, so there is nothing to save up for and nothing to wait for.
What a purchase puts on the card
Two dollars fifty back on the card, ready to spend on the next thing you buy. No waiting for it to reach a useful size.

What sits behind the number
One balance, not a wallet of codes
Points earned on orders and monthly credit from your membership land in the same place. There is one number to remember and one balance to spend.
It rolls over, indefinitely
Nothing expires while your membership is active. Bank a few months and take three packs in one go, or chip away at it. Both work the same.
Part of an order is fine
If your balance does not cover the whole basket it covers what it can and you pay the difference. The remainder stays on the card.
Where it does not go
Points cannot pay for a subscription or for persona pack extensions, and they cannot be turned into cash or moved to another account.
Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Your card is tied to your account, so sign in before you buy and before you spend. Collector Access at $35 a month with no other purchases at all. The pack credit and the points on the payment land on the same date every month, and a $50 pack costs $35 at member pricing, so it covers one with change left over.

Questions people ask about the card
Where do I find my card number?
In your dashboard, on the rewards card. There is a copy button beside it so you do not have to type it out, and the number never changes.
How do I spend my balance?
Put the card number into the coupon box at the basket or the checkout. Your balance comes off the total the same way a discount would. Sign in first, because the card only works on the account it belongs to.
Is there a minimum before I can spend?
No. There is no threshold and nothing to reach. A balance of forty cents comes off an order just as readily as a balance of four hundred dollars.
What is a single point worth?
Five cents. A thousand points is fifty dollars, which is the same rate onlinelad Rewards has always run at. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Do subscription payments earn points?
Yes. Every payment earns a point per dollar like anything else, so Supporter earns 15 a month, Collector 35 and Studio 95. On Collector and Studio a pack credit lands on top, which takes the monthly total to $51.75 and $154.75.
Do my points expire?
Not while your membership is active. If a membership ends, the balance is held rather than removed, and it becomes spendable again if you come back.
Can I give my card or my points to someone else?
No. The card is tied to your account and is checked against whoever is signed in, so it cannot be passed on or used by anybody else. If somebody sees your number it is of no use to them.
What can I not spend points on?
Subscription payments and persona pack extensions. Everything else in the shop is fair game, including packs, guides, ebooks and single images.
What happens if I get a refund?
A full refund takes back the points that order earned and returns any points it spent to your card, so you end up where you started.
