01Agreement and definitions

These terms govern paid subscription access supplied through onlinelad.com. They apply alongside the documents below and any specific information shown for the plan before payment.

If these documents conflict, the plan and checkout information accepted for your subscription controls the commercial detail of that subscription, followed by these Membership Terms and then the general Terms of Use. More specific Rewards, Promotion or licence terms control the benefit they cover. Mandatory legal rights always remain.

02Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. Date of birth is required when registering and may be used to confirm age eligibility. The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

A membership is linked to the account and email address used to subscribe. You must provide accurate details, keep them current, protect your password and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

• Memberships, member pricing, reward cards, points and restricted access are personal and non-transferable.
• You must not share an account, login, reward-card number or member-only download link.
• An agency or organisation needing multiple users or wider rights should ask about Enterprise Access instead of sharing one membership.

03Plans, prices and current benefits

onlinelad currently offers Supporter Access, Collector Access and Studio Access. Standard prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable tax, any discount and the final recurring total are shown before payment.

Annual pricing is currently ten times the monthly price, described as two months free. Prices and benefits may change for future purchases or renewals under section 12. The exact plan accepted at checkout forms part of your contract.

04Billing, automatic renewal and failed payments

Monthly plans are charged each month. Annual plans are charged once for the year in advance. Unless you cancel before the next renewal, the plan renews automatically for the same billing period and the payment method selected at checkout is charged the amount then due.

By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges through the available payment provider. Payment methods may include cards, Stripe, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay depending on device, territory and checkout availability. Your provider may apply currency conversion or other charges.

• Keep your payment details up to date through the member account.
• If payment fails, we or the payment provider may retry it and access may be placed on hold while payment remains outstanding.
• Continued failure may cause the subscription to expire or be cancelled. Future benefits are not issued while the membership is inactive.
• A discount code or promotion applies only for the duration and renewals expressly stated when it is accepted.

We do not store complete card details. Payment providers process the transaction under their own terms and privacy notices.

05Starting access, consumer cancellation rights and refunds

Membership access and digital benefits normally begin as soon as payment is confirmed. At checkout, consumers are asked to expressly request immediate digital supply and acknowledge that the right to cancel digital content is lost when supply begins.

A membership can combine services and digital content. Where a statutory cancellation right applies to a service started during the cancellation period at your request, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the service supplied before cancellation. Downloads and other digital content are treated under the rules that apply to digital content.

Ordinary cancellation of future renewal does not itself create a refund for time already used or for the unused part of a paid billing period. This does not affect a refund, price reduction, repair, replacement or other remedy required by law, including where digital content is faulty, not as described or not supplied.

06Cancelling or changing your plan

You can cancel future renewal or request a change through My subscription. Cancellation must be completed before the renewal is processed. Access normally continues until the end of the period already paid for and no further recurring payment is taken after cancellation has been recorded.

Changing tier or billing period

A plan change normally takes effect on the next billing date. The member account or checkout will show the effective date and any amount due before the change is confirmed. Where the system offers an immediate upgrade, any charge, credit or replacement renewal date shown at confirmation applies.

Annual plans

Cancelling an annual plan stops the next annual renewal. It does not convert the current annual term into monthly billing or automatically create a pro-rata refund for unused months. Monthly benefits continue only while that annual membership remains active, subject to these terms and any statutory right.

07Supporter Mini Digital Persona Pack

An active Supporter membership includes one Mini Digital Persona Pack for each membership month. The current Mini Pack contains three high-resolution images selected by onlinelad and is made available through the member dashboard.

• The Mini Pack is a membership benefit, not cash or onlinelad Rewards credit.
• It cannot be exchanged for a different product, transferred to another account or refunded separately.
• Its selection, delivery route and claim window are those shown in the dashboard for that membership month.
• Availability depends on the membership remaining active and in good standing.

The Mini Pack does not create a right to every image visible in a gallery. Public previews and gallery access remain separate from downloadable, licensed files.

08Collector and Studio monthly rewards credit

Collector and Studio membership value is issued through the member's onlinelad Rewards card rather than through a coupon emailed for a named pack. The base membership grant is currently 1,000 points, worth $50, for Collector and 3,000 points, worth $150, for Studio each membership month. Ordinary points earned on the subscription payment may be added separately.

Only the grant for the active tier is issued. The Studio grant replaces the Collector grant rather than being added to it.

The illustration assumes the current point value of $0.05 per point and ordinary monthly payment points. Annual-plan payment points are calculated separately across the year and promotional rates may change the total. The balance shown on the rewards card is the authoritative account balance.

• The first grant normally arrives when an eligible membership activates, followed by one grant on the scheduled date for each active membership month.
• Annual members receive the same base monthly grant across twelve membership months. Credit is not front-loaded.
• Points roll over while the membership remains active. They do not expire merely because a new month begins.
• If membership ends, the balance is held and cannot be spent while inactive. It becomes spendable again if an eligible membership is reactivated.
• Points have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or transferred and cannot be used to pay for subscriptions, Persona Pack extensions or another excluded item.

The onlinelad Rewards Terms control point value, earning, redemption, reversals, exclusions, refunds and promotional bonuses.

09Member pricing, galleries and restricted features

While signed in with an active membership, Supporter receives 20% off, Collector 30% off and Studio 40% off ordinary products across the onlinelad shop, including guides and eBooks. The discount is applied to eligible items at checkout and does not convert to cash or account credit.

Excluded items, individually quoted work and Persona Pack extensions may use separate fixed member pricing and do not receive a further percentage discount. A promotion may state whether it combines with member pricing.

Access included with all three tiers

• full access to the onlinelad gallery and available member-only content or drops;
• the compliance and best-use guide;
• an onlinelad Rewards card and points on qualifying purchases; and
• the member dashboard, account downloads and other tools made available for the tier.

Collector and Studio features

Collector and Studio can access the Digital Persona release calendar, request eligible Persona Pack extensions and buy eligible single images through the process shown in the dashboard. Studio can also request custom mix-and-match Persona Packs and receives priority extension handling at the lowest current member rate.

Access features are not a licence to copy or download everything visible. A download right arises only where a file is expressly supplied, purchased or redeemed under the relevant product and licence terms.

10Persona Pack extensions and member requests

Active Collector and Studio members may request a paid ten-image continuation of an eligible onlinelad Persona Pack using approved pose, expression, background and styling options. Current extension pricing is $7.50 per image for Collector and $5.00 per image for Studio, with no further member discount.

• Every request is subject to availability, technical feasibility, approval and payment.
• Nude or sexually explicit content, real-person likenesses, unlawful content and prohibited themes are not accepted.
• An estimated delivery time is confirmed before payment. It is not a fixed deadline unless agreed in writing.
• One structured brief is included. Changes after approval may carry an additional charge.
• Corrections are limited to clear technical faults or a material difference from the approved brief.
• Extensions are non-exclusive and carry the standard onlinelad commercial licence unless different terms are agreed in writing.

Studio requests receive priority handling, but priority does not guarantee immediate delivery or override feasibility and availability.

11Downloads, licences and continuing use

Membership gives access to benefits. It does not transfer copyright or ownership of the site, Digital Personas, gallery content or downloadable files. A file supplied through a Mini Pack, rewards redemption, purchase or member request is governed by the licence issued with it or stated when it is obtained.

You may keep files validly downloaded before membership ends and continue using them within their licence. Ending membership does not retrospectively cancel a valid licence merely because member pricing or restricted access ends.

• Do not share, resell, sublicense or redistribute source files unless the applicable licence expressly permits it.
• Do not treat gallery access, a watermarked preview or a visible image as permission to download and reuse it.
• Additional users, client organisations and wider commercial use may require an extended or Enterprise licence.

All Digital Personas are fictional and are not based upon or created to represent any real individual. The full licence and acceptable-use rules appear in the Terms of Use and the licence supplied with the file.

12Availability, corrections and changes

We may maintain, secure and improve the membership service and may update the way a benefit is delivered. Individual Personas, packs, gallery items, content and features can be added, updated, retired or removed. We do not promise uninterrupted access or permanent availability of every item.

We may change plans, prices or benefits for future subscriptions and renewals. Where a material change affects an active member, we will provide reasonable advance information where required and explain when the change takes effect. A material adverse change will not remove a statutory remedy or retrospectively take away a licence already granted for a validly downloaded file.

We may correct obvious pricing, description or calculation errors. The accepted checkout information and confirmation for the current billing period will normally control over an older advertisement, subject to consumer law.

13Misuse, security and suspension

You must use membership access lawfully and fairly. You must not:

• share restricted content, login details, reward-card details or download links;
• circumvent access controls, payment checks, download limits, claim windows or tier restrictions;
• use repeated, misleading or deliberately incorrect requests to obtain more benefits than the plan provides;
• use multiple accounts to manipulate pricing, rewards, promotions or availability;
• scrape, mirror or systematically download member areas without written permission; or
• threaten, harass or abuse onlinelad, its representatives or other users.

We may place access, benefits, downloads or the rewards balance on hold while we investigate failed payment, fraud, security risk or suspected misuse. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and allow a reasonable opportunity to put matters right. Serious or repeated misuse may lead to termination and refusal of future service.

14What happens when membership access ends

When the paid period ends, future monthly grants, member pricing, restricted areas and other access-only benefits stop. The ordinary outcomes are:

• files already validly downloaded remain usable under their existing licence;
• future Supporter Mini Packs and future Collector or Studio grants are not issued;
• the rewards balance is held and becomes unavailable to spend until an eligible membership is active again;
• gallery, release-calendar, single-image, custom-pack and extension-request access reverts to the level available without that membership; and
• uncompleted requests remain subject to their separate order or quotation terms.

Termination does not erase payment obligations, rights, licences or liabilities that arose before access ended. A licence may still be terminated where its own terms permit termination for serious breach.

15General terms, law and contact

Responsibility and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or a statutory consumer right that cannot be excluded. The responsibility and liability provisions in the Terms of Use also apply to memberships.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for legal, security, operational or service reasons. The current version and effective date will be published here. Changes apply prospectively. Material changes affecting an active paid period will be handled under section 12 and applicable law.

Other general provisions

If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer a membership without written permission. We may transfer our rights and obligations where your protections are not reduced.

Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. Consumers outside the United Kingdom retain any mandatory protections that apply where they live. If you are a business user, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
