These Subscription Access (Membership) Terms govern all membership subscriptions offered through onlinelad.com.
By purchasing or subscribing to any membership, you agree to these Terms in addition to the Terms of Use and any applicable Promotion Terms.
1. Overview
onlinelad offers subscription-based access to certain areas of the website, including exclusive content, early releases, and other benefits depending on the selected membership tier.
Memberships provide access only and do not transfer ownership of any content.
2. Membership Tiers
onlinelad may offer multiple membership tiers (for example, Supporter Access, Collector Access and Studio Access), each with different levels of access and benefits.
onlinelad reserves the right to:
- Modify, replace, or remove membership tiers
- Adjust pricing or included benefits
- Introduce new tiers at any time
Where changes affect existing subscribers, reasonable notice will be provided where possible.
3. Billing and Payments
Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (e.g. monthly or annually), as selected at the time of purchase.
By subscribing, you authorise onlinelad to:
- Charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis
- Automatically renew your subscription unless cancelled
All payments are processed securely via third-party providers, including Stripe and Paypal.
4. Renewals and Cancellation
Memberships will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your membership at any time via your account dashboard.
Upon cancellation:
- Access will continue until the end of the current billing period
- No further payments will be taken
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused time, unless required by law
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access:
- Membership fees are non-refundable once access has been granted
- Refunds will only be provided where required by applicable law
- Failure to cancel before renewal does not entitle the user to a refund
6. Access and Content Availability
Membership access grants the ability to view or interact with content available at that time.
onlinelad does not guarantee:
- Continuous availability of any specific content
- That all content will remain accessible indefinitely
- That previously available content will not be updated, replaced, or removed
Content is dynamic and may change over time.
6A. Monthly Image Entitlement and Access
Certain membership tiers include a monthly allocation of downloadable images (“Image Entitlement”), which are made available subject to the terms below.
Image Entitlement by Tier
- Supporter Access
- Members receive one (1) image per billing period, selected by onlinelad and made available for download via the member dashboard.
- Collector Access
- Members may select two (2) images per billing period by submitting their choices through the form provided in the member dashboard.
- Studio Access
- Members may select five (5) images per billing period by submitting their choices through the form provided in the member dashboard.
Image availability, selection options, and delivery format are determined at the sole discretion of onlinelad.
Image Selection and Delivery
Where selection is required, members must submit their chosen images using the designated process within the dashboard.
Members are responsible for ensuring that all selections are accurate, complete, and clearly identified at the time of submission.
onlinelad is not responsible for delays in delivery where:
- The required selection form has not been completed
- Selections are incomplete, unclear, or incorrectly submitted
Any misuse of the image selection process, including attempts to obtain additional images beyond the allocated entitlement through repeated change requests, incorrect submissions, or other deliberate actions, may result in the suspension or termination of membership without refund.
Rollover of Unused Image Entitlements
Unused Image Entitlements may be carried forward for up to two (2) consecutive billing periods, after which they will automatically expire.
This means:
- Members may accumulate up to a maximum of three months’ worth of Image Entitlements at any one time (current period plus two rollovers)
- Any unused entitlements beyond this limit will be forfeited and cannot be reclaimed
Expiry and Non-Accumulation
Image Entitlements:
- Do not accumulate indefinitely
- Have no cash value
- Cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded
onlinelad reserves the right to manage, cap, or reset unused entitlements where necessary to maintain fair use of the service.
Membership Status Requirement
Image Entitlements are only available while a membership is active.
- If a membership is cancelled or expires, any unused entitlements beyond the permitted rollover period will be forfeited
- onlinelad may, at its discretion, allow access to recently accrued entitlements for a limited period following cancellation
Fulfilment Timeframe
onlinelad aims to fulfil image selections within two (2) working days from the point at which a valid and complete selection has been submitted.
Fulfilment times:
- Apply to working days only (excluding weekends and public holidays)
- Begin once all required information has been correctly provided
- May vary during periods of high demand, maintenance, or operational updates
onlinelad will make reasonable efforts to meet this timeframe but does not guarantee delivery within a fixed period.
7. Account Responsibility
Membership access is linked to the purchasing account and must not be shared.
You agree not to:
- Share login credentials with others
- Allow unauthorised access to membership content
- Distribute or reproduce members-only content
onlinelad reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where misuse is detected.
8. Acceptable Use of Membership Content
All content accessed through a membership remains subject to the licence and usage restrictions outlined in the Terms of Use.
Unless explicitly stated:
- Membership access does not grant download rights to all content
- Membership access does not grant redistribution rights
- Content may not be copied, shared, or republished
9. Abuse, Misuse and Termination
Any abuse of the membership system, including but not limited to:
- Attempting to exploit pricing or access
- Circumventing access restrictions
- Sharing restricted content
- Engaging in abusive or threatening behaviour
may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of membership
- Loss of access without refund
- Restriction from future services
10. Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- Membership access may be suspended until payment is successfully processed
- onlinelad may retry billing in accordance with payment provider rules
- Continued failure may result in cancellation of the subscription
11. Changes to Membership Terms
onlinelad reserves the right to update these Membership Terms at any time.
The latest version will always be available on the website. Continued use of membership services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
