onlinelad Rewards

Rewards terms.

These terms explain how the onlinelad Rewards card works, how points and membership credits reach your balance, where they can be spent, and what happens after a refund, cancellation or membership change.

Effective 10 September 2026 Applies to onlinelad accounts that earn, receive, hold or redeem Rewards points.
One point is worth $0.05

At the current rate, 20 points reduce an eligible order by $1.

No spending threshold

Use any available balance on an eligible order once the points have landed.

Your card is personal

The card and balance belong to the account that earned or received them.

Lapsed balances are held

A former member's balance is preserved and becomes spendable again after rejoining.

onlinelad Rewards is an account-based loyalty programme. Your points sit on one personal Rewards card, can be used at any available amount on eligible shop orders, and are recorded in the Rewards ledger connected with your account.

Your legal rights remain

Rewards are additional benefits. Nothing in these terms removes a statutory right, refund, repair, replacement or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

01Terms that apply

These Rewards Terms apply when an onlinelad account earns, receives, holds or redeems onlinelad Rewards points. They should be read with the information shown on the Rewards page, your dashboard and checkout, and with the terms that govern the relevant purchase, membership or promotion.

Rewards page Terms of use Membership terms Promotion terms Refunds policy Privacy policy

Specific conditions published with a promotion or membership benefit control that particular offer, followed by these Rewards Terms and then the general Terms of Use. Mandatory legal rights always take priority.

02Joining Rewards and account eligibility

A Rewards card is issued automatically to an eligible onlinelad account. There is no separate form, activation fee or claim process. Existing accounts may receive their card when the Rewards service is enabled for them.

  • You must use accurate account information and keep the registered email address current.
  • Points can be earned or received only where the qualifying activity is connected with an account. A guest order has no account balance to credit.
  • Sign in before buying if you want a qualifying shop order linked to your Rewards account. We do not promise that points from a guest or different account can be reassigned later.
  • One person must not create or use duplicate, false or shared accounts to obtain extra points, grants, prices or promotional benefits.

Participation is personal and subject to the account remaining open, secure and in accordance with these terms.

03Your Rewards card, points and value

Rewards cardThe unique number shown in your dashboard and entered in the ordinary coupon field at the basket or checkout.
PointsThe units recorded in the Rewards ledger from eligible purchases, membership credit, referrals, promotions or authorised adjustments.
BalanceThe available total recorded against your account after credits, redemptions, reversals and corrections.

At the effective date, one point has a redemption value of $0.05. This means 20 points can reduce an eligible order by $1, and 1,000 points are worth $50. There is no minimum balance before points can be spent.

Points are a loyalty benefit only. They are not money, electronic money, a deposit or a bank balance. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash, do not earn interest and cannot produce a cash credit where their value is greater than the eligible basket total.

The points balance and activity shown in the dashboard are the account record, subject to the correction provisions below. A worked example, promotional graphic or calculator is illustrative and does not replace that record.

04Earning points on purchases

The standard earning rate is one point for each complete US dollar of eligible net product spend actually paid on a completed order. Fractions of a dollar are rounded down when the order's purchase points are calculated.

  • Eligible products normally include Digital Persona Packs, eligible single images, guides, ebooks and other ordinary shop products not placed outside Rewards.
  • Points are based on the item amount after member pricing, permitted discount codes and any Rewards balance used on the order. You do not earn points on the part paid with points.
  • Tax, delivery charges, payment-provider charges, currency conversion and excluded items do not form part of the eligible earning amount.
  • An item excluded from Rewards does not earn purchase points unless the offer or checkout expressly says otherwise.
  • An unpaid, pending, failed, cancelled, fully refunded, reversed or charged-back transaction does not remain qualifying spend.

An order must reach the status used by the Rewards system to confirm completion before ordinary purchase points are awarded.

05PayPal, multipliers and promotional points

While the current PayPal triple-points promotion is running, an eligible shop order paid through the qualifying PayPal option earns three points for each complete US dollar of eligible net spend instead of one. Selecting or processing a card through a PayPal-provided card facility does not qualify merely because PayPal supplies the technology. The payment route shown as eligible at checkout controls.

  • The multiplier changes the number of purchase points, not the $0.05 value of each point.
  • It applies only during the published promotional period and to products, accounts, territories and payment methods stated in the offer.
  • Fixed membership grants, welcome points, referral points and other stated fixed awards are not multiplied unless their specific conditions say so.
  • Subscription payment points receive a PayPal multiplier only where the published offer expressly includes them and the qualifying subscription payment can be verified.
  • If more than one points promotion applies, the offer terms explain how their rates combine. Multipliers do not automatically multiply each other.

Other offers current on the effective date

  • A first qualifying order receives a fixed 200-point welcome grant, currently worth $10.
  • A newly released Digital Persona Pack earns double purchase points during its stated first 48 hours.
  • An active subscription receives a fixed 500-point anniversary grant, currently worth $25, each time it completes a full year.
  • Under The Introduction referral offer, a qualifying new customer's first cleared subscription payment adds 500 points, currently worth $25, to that customer's Rewards card. The referrer's separate free-month benefit is governed by the Promotion Terms.

These are promotional benefits rather than permanent point entitlements. Their published eligibility, timing, availability and reversal conditions apply.

Current dates, exclusions and any additional conditions are shown on the Promotions page and governed by the Promotion Terms.

06Subscription points and monthly membership credit

Qualifying subscription payments earn ordinary payment points. Collector and Studio also receive a fixed monthly Rewards grant as a membership benefit. Supporter's Mini Pack benefit sits outside the Rewards balance.

  • Supporter currently receives payment points only, normally 15 points for a $15 monthly payment.
  • Collector currently receives a 1,000-point monthly grant, worth $50, plus its subscription payment points. A $35 monthly payment therefore normally produces 1,035 points, worth $51.75 in total.
  • Studio currently receives a 3,000-point monthly grant, worth $150, plus its subscription payment points. A $95 monthly payment therefore normally produces 3,095 points, worth $154.75 in total.
  • Studio's grant replaces the Collector grant. The grants do not stack.

Monthly grants follow the member's own membership anniversary. Annual members receive twelve monthly grants rather than all twelve at the start. The annual subscription payment component is apportioned across those monthly entries using the points configured for the annual plan. A mid-year cancellation does not release future grants.

Only an active, paid and qualifying plan receives the relevant grant. Current plan prices, member benefits and billing rules are set out on the Subscriptions page and in the Membership Terms.

07When points and grants are added

Purchase points normally appear shortly after an eligible order is completed. Membership entries normally appear on the member's monthly anniversary once the active plan is recognised. The service may also catch up a due grant when the member next signs in.

A delay caused by payment confirmation, order status, scheduled processing, a service outage or a reasonable fraud or eligibility review does not remove valid points. If the correct entry has not appeared after a reasonable processing period, use the contact form and include the account email, order number and relevant date.

We may withhold an unverified entry while a transaction, membership, promotion or account is being checked. We will not withhold a valid benefit arbitrarily.

08Spending your balance

Sign in, place eligible products in the basket and enter the Rewards card number in the coupon field. The available balance is applied as a fixed reduction up to the lower of the eligible basket amount and the available point value.

  • You may spend part or all of the available balance. Any unused points remain on the card.
  • If the balance does not cover the full eligible total, you pay the remainder using an available payment method.
  • Points are deducted when the order is created so the same balance cannot be spent twice in simultaneous checkouts.
  • Redemption uses whole points. Where a monetary amount does not convert exactly, the discount and deduction are rounded so that no more points are taken than the value actually applied.
  • Only one account-linked Rewards card may be used on an order.

A Rewards redemption is not cash and cannot make the order total negative, create a withdrawal or require onlinelad to issue change.

09Excluded products and mixed baskets

Rewards points cannot currently be used to pay for subscriptions or Persona Pack extensions. Additional products or categories may be excluded where this is made clear before redemption.

If a basket contains an excluded item, the Rewards card may be refused for the whole basket rather than applied only to some lines. This avoids spreading a basket-level reduction across an ineligible product. Check the excluded item out separately and use the card on the eligible basket.

Points cannot be used towards tax, shipping, third-party charges or an amount outside the eligible product total. They cannot be sold, auctioned, transferred, pooled, gifted or moved to another account. Your member discount and an eligible promotional code may operate alongside Rewards only where the checkout and relevant offer terms permit it.

10Expiry, lapsed memberships and account closure

The current system does not impose scheduled expiry on an available Rewards balance. Points remain available while a qualifying membership is active. If an account has held a membership and that membership ends or becomes inactive, its entire Rewards balance is held rather than erased. This includes points earned through shopping as well as points received through membership.

A held balance cannot be spent while the membership is inactive. It becomes available again when a qualifying membership on the same account returns to active status. An account that has never held a membership is not frozen merely because it shops without a subscription.

If you ask us to close or erase the account, access to the Rewards card and unused balance may be lost when the account is deleted. We may retain limited ledger and transaction records where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute or accounting purposes, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

11Failed orders, cancellations, refunds and chargebacks

If an order on which points were redeemed fails or is cancelled, the deducted points are normally returned to the same Rewards balance. A full refund normally removes the purchase points earned by that order and returns the points that were spent on it.

Partial refunds are reviewed according to the affected items and the circumstances of the order. We may make a reasonable manual points adjustment where necessary to prevent either party receiving or losing a benefit unrelated to the retained part of the purchase.

A reversed payment, chargeback, fraudulent transaction or refunded qualifying event may also cause related promotional points, membership grants or referral benefits to be removed. The Refunds Policy and statutory rights decide whether money is returned. Points are not a substitute for a cash refund that the law requires.

12Corrections, reversals and negative balances

We may correct a Rewards entry where points were added, withheld, deducted, restored or displayed incorrectly because of a duplicate process, calculation error, wrong order status, configuration mistake, ineligible transaction, refund, reversal, misuse or system fault.

Where possible, the ledger will show the reason for an adjustment. If points have already been spent when the event that created them is reversed, we may deduct the equivalent from the remaining balance, leave a negative balance to be cleared by future valid credits, or recover an equivalent improperly obtained benefit. We will act reasonably and consider any evidence supplied through the contact form.

The Rewards ledger is the primary record. A dashboard total may be rebuilt from that ledger if the two records do not match.

13Card security, transfer and misuse

The Rewards card number is unique to the account and is checked against the signed-in user. Keep the account password and card details secure. Another person does not gain the right to use the balance merely because they know the number.

You must not manipulate or attempt to manipulate Rewards, including by:

  • sharing, transferring, selling or purchasing a card, account or balance;
  • using duplicate, false, automated or unauthorised accounts;
  • creating artificial purchases, refunds, referrals, subscriptions or payment events;
  • exploiting a pricing, checkout, ledger, points or promotional error; or
  • interfering with security, attempting repeated card numbers or using another person's account.

We may pause redemption, withhold an entry, reverse an improperly obtained benefit or suspend Rewards access while suspected fraud, abuse or a security incident is investigated. Serious or repeated misuse may lead to account action under the Terms of Use. This does not permit us to remove valid consumer rights.

14Changes, suspension or closure of Rewards

We may change the earning rate, redemption rate, eligible products, payment-method multipliers, membership grants, account rules, exclusions or operation of Rewards for legal, security, financial, technical or commercial reasons. Temporary promotions may begin and end under their published conditions.

Material changes will be published with an updated effective date and, where reasonably practicable, advance notice through the site, dashboard or registered email. Changes apply prospectively unless a correction, fraud response, legal requirement or urgent security issue reasonably requires earlier action.

We may suspend or close the programme. Where practicable, we will provide a reasonable opportunity to use a valid available balance before permanent closure or explain the treatment that will apply. Nothing in this section removes a contractual benefit already due, an accepted paid entitlement or a right that the law protects.

15Privacy, automated processing and records

We use account, order, membership, payment-status, promotion, referral, card, points, redemption, refund, security and communication information to operate Rewards, calculate balances, verify eligibility, prevent duplicate use, investigate misuse, answer queries and keep appropriate business records.

Rewards calculations and routine eligibility checks are normally automated using the account and transaction status. A member may ask through the contact form for a balance or adjustment to be reviewed. Payment providers, WooCommerce, Paid Member Subscriptions, hosting, security and support services may process the limited information needed for their role.

The Privacy Policy explains the relevant purposes, legal bases, recipients, international transfers, retention, security and data-protection rights.

16General terms, governing law and contact

If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer participation, a card or a balance. We may transfer operation of Rewards with the business where customer protections are not reduced.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. Consumers outside the United Kingdom retain any mandatory protections that apply where they live. If you participate as a business user, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Questions, complaints and balance-review requests can be sent through the onlinelad contact form. Include the account email, relevant order number, date and a clear description of the entry or redemption you want us to check. Do not submit a password, complete card number, payment password or card-security code.

One card. One clear balance.

If an earning, grant, redemption or adjustment does not look right, send the relevant details through the contact form and we will review the ledger.
