Standard Royalty-Free Digital Image Licence

(For Digital Persona Packs)

All Digital Persona Packs sold on onlinelad include a Standard Royalty-Free Digital Image Licence unless otherwise specified upon purchase.

This licence grants broad commercial and editorial usage rights while protecting the integrity, ownership, and long-term value of the digital personas and the onlinelad catalogue.

Unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase, this licence applies to all Digital Persona Packs.

What You Are Permitted to Do

With a valid licence, you may:

  • Use the images for personal projects and creative work
  • Use the images in blogs, articles, newsletters, and online publications
  • Use the images in marketing and promotional materials
  • Use the images in commercial projects, brand assets, websites, landing pages, and social media
  • Include the images in client work and professional presentations
  • Crop, resize, and adapt the images to suit layout and format requirements

Usage is worldwide and time-unlimited.

The licence grants the right to use the images. It does not transfer ownership.

What Is Not Permitted

This licence does not allow you to:

  • Claim ownership or authorship of the images
  • Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share the images as standalone files
  • Include the images in stock libraries, marketplaces, NFT platforms, or competing image repositories
  • Offer the standalone images as provided by onlinelad as part of a downloadable template, digital asset pack, or resale bundle
  • Use the images in a way that suggests endorsement by onlinelad or the digital persona
  • Use the images in unlawful, defamatory, misleading, exploitative, or harmful contexts

The images may not be made available for extraction or download by third parties.

Commercial Use Clarification

Commercial use is permitted provided that:

  • The images are incorporated into a broader project, campaign, or publication
  • The images are not the primary product being sold
  • The images are not redistributed as digital assets

If the image itself is the core commercial product, an Extended Licence may be required.

Multi-User and Agency Use

The Standard Licence covers a single purchaser or business entity.

If the images will be used across multiple separate companies, client networks, or redistributed internally to unrelated third parties, please contact us regarding extended licensing options.

Ownership and Exclusivity

All images remain the intellectual property of onlinelad.

This is a non-exclusive licence.
The same images may be licensed to multiple purchasers.

Exclusive or expanded licensing options may be offered separately.

Licence Registration

The licence is registered to the email address used at checkout.

Proof of purchase serves as proof of licence.

Limitation of Liability

onlinelad’s liability under this licence is limited to the amount paid for the relevant Digital Persona Pack.
