This Refunds Policy explains how refunds are handled on onlinelad.com. It applies to all digital products and subscriptions purchased through the site.

As onlinelad does not sell physical goods, there is no returns process.

This policy should be read alongside our Terms of Use.

1. Digital Products

All products sold on onlinelad are digital goods delivered electronically.

Once a digital product has been:

  • Made available for download, or
  • Accessed via a subscriber account,

the sale is considered final.

Refunds are not provided for digital products except where required by law or where a technical fault prevents access or delivery. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

2. Subscriptions

onlinelad offers paid subscriptions on a recurring basis.

Cancelling a Subscription

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard. Cancellation will stop future billing.

Access to subscribers only content will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscriptions:

  • The first month is non-refundable
  • Subsequent months are not billed once the subscription is cancelled
  • No refunds are issued for partially used billing periods

This policy exists to prevent misuse of subscription access while ensuring fair use for all subscribers.

Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions:

  • The initial payment is non-refundable for the first month
  • After the first month, refunds may be issued on a pro-rata basis for remaining full months only
  • Partial months are not refundable

Any approved pro-rata refund will be calculated based on the unused full months remaining in the subscription term.

3. Important Notes on Refunds

  • Refund requests must be made by contacting us directly
  • Refunds are issued at the discretion of onlinelad and in accordance with this policy
  • Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider

4. Abuse of Refunds Policy

onlinelad reserves the right to refuse refunds where there is evidence of misuse, abuse, or repeated attempts to gain access to content with the intention of requesting a refund.
